21 Apr – Fans in Singapore are being treated to a superhero fun time with "Marvel's Captain America: Civil War" Festival, kicking off today at Marina Bay Sands.

At 8.15pm tonight, head on over to the marina reservoir where audiences will be able to watch "Marvel's Captain America: The Winter Soldier" right by the bay.

At the same time and place on Saturday, 23 April, friends and family can once again gather under the stars to watch "Marvel's Avengers: Age of Ultron".

Also taking place tonight, at Marina Bay Sands' Ice Skating Rink, is "Marvel's Captain America: Civil War" Blue Carpet and premiere. The event recently caused brouhaha when fans complained of the excessive price required in order to gain access to it.

However, event organiser Reed Exhibitions has since stepped up and explained that the SGD688 and SGD1288 packages are inclusive of a collectible figurine, a T-shirt, a one-day Singapore Toy, Game & Comic Convention ticket and a complimentary activity such as laser tag at the 4-day "Marvel's Captain America" Festival, according to The New Paper, with the more expensive package also being inclusive of a one-night stay at a deluxe room at Marina Bay Sands.

The public does not have to pay for the Blue Carpet event, so fans can still line up at the ice skating rink for a chance to snap a selfie or get autographs from stars Chris Evan (Captain America), Sebastian Stan (Winter Soldier), Anthony Mackie (Falcon) and director Joe Russo.

Another chance to see the actors in person will be on 22 April at 8pm at Helix Bridge & ArtScience Museum Outdoor Plaza, where Team Cap will light up Marina Bay Sands Towers with the team's colours and fireworks displays.

"Marvel's Captain America: Civil War" Festival will be taking place until Sunday 24 April, other activities at the festival include Super Soldier Trampoline, "Be The Hero" Green Screen Photo Booth and more.
