Journalist Will Bloom travels to Ashton to be with his dying father whom he has not seen in three years. The issue that is keeping Will from visiting him is his father`s exaggerated stories about his life which Will thinks are untruthful. Even on his deathbed, he reminisces about all of the fantastical stories he has ever told. However, Will begins to understand his father and rediscovers himself after he starts investigating his father`s tales.
