Watch this if you liked: “Click”, “Anger Management” and "Grown Ups".

Funny man Adam Sandler returns to produce his sequel to "Grown Ups" (2010), "Grown Ups 2". Sadly even with so many good comedians cast, it failed to hit the reviewer's funny bone.

It seemed that the screen writer must have had an off day when he wrote this script for there was no storyline in this entire film. There was no beginning and no end to it. The way the movie was shot, it jumped from one scene to another without a clear direction or link towards what just happened.

There were some laugh out loud moments in this film but come on, some of the jokes that were made are so cliche, and the prank and stunts that were supposed to crack you up just make you squirm in disgust instead.

You know how many would say getting a sequel to reach the same or better success than the first is challenging and often disappointing? Well this film certainly proved the theory right. "Grown Ups" was a success and it had an acceptable storyline and some really good punch lines, but all "Grown Ups 2" did was make all those funny characters look like they aged badly.

There was also the mistake of putting too many characters in this film, which made the characters more annoying than entertaining.

If you really have nothing to watch or better to do, "Grown Ups 2" is a way to kill some time or some brain cells with its no-brainer jokes and pranks. Don't expect to laugh too hard, for this movie might just make you sit and stare at the screen wondering why they even made this film.
