Concussion

The movie takes a look at how American football players suffer from major head injuries and life-long debilitating problems as a result of repeated concussions. It also highlights the denial efforts by the National Football League despite forensic pathologist and neuropathologist Dr. Bennet Omalu`s discovery of CTE in the brains of two American football players. The major head injuries lead to repeated concussions and later cause the two players to commit suicide.

• A film that deals with a sensitive subject but is dealt beautifully with inspiring dialogue, amazing acting and a powerful message.

• Outstanding performance by Will Smith which just burns with conviction and great support from Alec Baldwin and Albert Brooks.

• The film is a great insight for many American football fans as they get to know the consequences and dangers of the sport.
