The Good, the Bad and the Kung Fu Warrior:

• This underrated movie is surprisingly good and fun to watch as it equally blends the East and West culture without one overtaking the other.

• The dialogue is genuinely funny, the script is well-written and the plot is nicely structured.

• Even though it is similar to several Jackie Chan's East-meet-West comedies, it doesn't follow exactly the same martial arts formula but rather creates its own.

Trivia:

• The film shares the same title with the 1981 "Doctor Who" story's "Warrior's Gate" starring Tom Baker as The Fourth Doctor.
