The Good, the Bad and the Seed of God:

• Director Wong Jing is known for his many mindless comedies filled with slapstick jokes and illogical plots, so his latest product didn't turn out to be any different.

• Though the film is not a total disaster thanks to the presence of main leads Andy Lau and Huang Xiaoming, it still has parts that will make you cringe.

• The film has so much randomness and ridiculous events, but at some point, certain parts of it can be considered entertaining and funny.

Trivia:

• Huang Xiaoming accepted the role immediately, after knowing that he will be working with his idol Andy Lau.
