The Good, the Bad and the Time Loop:

• The movie has a strong concept but weak execution, and even though the storyline is exciting, it is not very cohesive.

• Yang Mi is beyond impressive in her role. Not only does she portray three versions of herself in different timelines, she pulled it of wonderfully with each of the character having subtle differences that are easy enough for you to know which one is which.

• The movie has some decent action sequences which makes sense since the producer behind the film is none other than action superstar Jackie Chan.

Trivia:

• It has been seven years since Yang Mi and Wallace Huo worked together in a film.
