To bid goodbye to their ailing former guardian, who has taken care of them when they were growing up in the orphanage, Hanif, Anton and Jefri return to the place to meet him. They bring their families along with them but what is expected to be a calm, peaceful night suddenly turns into a nightmare when something evil starts terrorising them. One by one, they go missing or die, the children are also seeing a mysterious woman wandering around. She holds a grudge and she is the Queen of Black Magic, born from the sins of the orphans there.
