A Korean adaptation of the Japanese film "Josee, the Tiger and the Fish". It revolves around Josee, a woman with a physical disability who lives with her grandmother, while imagining and living in her own world. From the first day she meets a man named Yeong-seok, she insists that he calls her Josee. Gradually, Yeong-seok begins to develop feelings for her but she pushes him away.
