Creepy "Carrie" images

Directed by Kimberly Peirce, "Carrie" is a reimagining of the classic horror tale by author Stephen King about Carrie White, a shy girl outcast by her peers and sheltered by her deeply religious mother, who unleashes telekinetic terror on her small town after being pushed too far at her senior prom.

Chloe Grace Moretz plays the leading role and Julianna Moore plays the infamous mother Margaret, and though this film is already compared to the 1976 film version many have cited that the latter is more of a horror and that this new adaptation is more of a tragedy.
