"Miss Peregrine's" reveals not-so-peculiar character posters

The name Tim Burton is synonymous to quirky fantasy movies, and his big screen adaptation of author Ransom Riggs' debut novel, "Miss Peregrine's Home For Peculiar Children", promises just that.

Expect to see the usual quirkiness, with an extra touch of 'peculiarness' in the upcoming movie, starring Eva Green in her 'scary Mary Poppins' character, Asa Butterfield as the orphaned boy who follows clues that lead him to the peculiar home, and Samuel L. Jackson as a 'wight'.

There'll be no shortage of fun and amusement in this movie as each of the Peculiar Children displays their powers. Find out more of them in the recently released character posters below.

"Miss Peregrine's Home For Peculiar Children" opens its doors in cinemas on 29 September 2016.

She may be little but Bronwyn Buntley (Pixie Davies)
has mega superhuman strength.

"The Shining"?... No, but it'll be even scarier to meet these oddly-dressed,
telepathic twins (Thomas and Joseph Odwell) in a vacant hallway.

Better run when you see this guy –
Barron (played by everybody's favourite villain, Samuel L. Jackson)
hunts and kills peculiars.
