5 Jul – Fans of the critically acclaimed Irish musical "Once" can rejoice, for its director, John Carney, is making a comeback with yet another musical after his low-budget film "Zonad", titled "Can A Song Save Your Life?" and Maroon 5's lead singer, Adam Levine, is one of the stars. According to Movie Web, production has already started in Scottsdale, Arizona for the filmmaker's music-driven drama, and photos of stars Keira Knightley and Adam Levine on set in New York last week have been released. The two star as a musically-inclined couple in this film that follows a washed-up and dejected A&R man who forms a passionate bond with a young singer-songwriter who has just landed in Manhattan although it is not sure yet if what role does Levine play in this as the lead is taken up by Mark Ruffalo. Meanwhile, Keira's role was originally offered to Scarlett Johansson, who then backed out of the project. "Can A Song Save Your Life?" comes to theaters in 2013 and stars Mark Ruffalo, Hailee Steinfeld, Keira Knightley, Adam Levine, Catherine Keener and Cee-Lo. The film is directed by John Carney.
