Ford to star in "Expendables 3"


Harrison Ford will be acting alongside the star studded Expandables cast

11 Aug – Actor Harrison Ford will be staring in the upcoming "The Expendables 3" as a replacement for Bruce Willis who will be dropping out from the movie.

Sylvester Stallone took to his Twitter and excitedly announced that the 71-year-old actor will be the newest addition to the current cast.

"WILLIS OUT...HARRISON FORD IN !!!! GREAT NEWS !!!!! Been waiting years for this!!!!" Tweeted Stallone.


Bruce Willis will no longer be part of "The Expendables 3".

The upcoming "Expendables" will include Stallone alongside Mickey Rourke, Wesley Snipes, Milla Jovovich, Kellan Lutz and Jackie Chan among others. The film will be directed Patrick Hughes ("Red Hill") with Stallone working alongside Richard Wenk ("The Expendables 2") for the script.

The "Indiana Jones" star also recently revealed that it would be "perfectly appropriate" for him to make a comeback as Indiana Jones at his age.

Ford will be starring in the upcoming American science fiction action film "Ender's Game", due for release this 31 October 2013 in Malaysia and Singapore.
