22 Apr – Will Ferrell will be starring alongside Jack Black in a new comedy called "Tag Brothers" based on an article by the The Wall Street Journal. The article was about a group of former classmates from Washington who kept in touch by playing a game of tag every February. The friends, now in their 40s, continue to stretch limits in order to avoid becoming 'it' for the rest of the year. Their antics include breaking into each other's home and offices.
The collaboration will mark the first time that Ferrell and Black are working together on a film since the latter's cameo in "Anchorman". No director has been attached to the film yet but a screenplay is in the progress of being written by Mark Steilan. Black will next be heard in "Kung Fu Panda 3" while Ferrell is busy filming "Anchorman: The Legend Continues".
