8 Oct – Despite Robert Downey Jr.'s constant denial of an upcoming sequel to his wildly-successful "Iron Man" franchise, the series' star finally admitted that there will indeed be an "Iron Man 4". The admission was drawn out of him during his recent appearance on "The Ellen DeGeneres Show", E Online reports, during which Ellen once again asked the Iron Man himself if there were any hopes of his fans seeing his return to the big screen soon. Ellen managed to coax out the answer out of Downey Jr. and now fans are gearing up to see the fourth instalment in the series to hit the cinemas sometime in the near future. Fans who were worried about the star's comment recently, which indicated that he was only going to act in "Iron Man" again if Mel Gibson were to direct, were also reassured when Downey Jr. clarified in his Reddit AMA on Tuesday that he only meant he had projects in mind for the two of them. This means "Iron Man 4" is on regardless of who is sitting in the director's chair. Meanwhile, fans who are anticipating Downey Jr.'s return as the superhero can catch him in the upcoming "The Avengers: Age Of Ultron", which will be released in 2015.
