Ezra Miller is "The Flash"


Ezra Miller played the title role of the film, "We Need to Talk About Kevin".

16 Oct – Warner Bros. has cast Ezra Miller who is known for playing the title character of "We Need to Talk About Kevin" and one of the main leads in 2012 teen drama, "The Perks of Being a Wallflower", to play the title role for the upcoming 2018 superhero film, "The Flash".

Warner Bros. CEO Kevin Tsujihara officially announced the news during Time Warner investors meeting in Burbank on Wednesday, 15 October 2014, as he revealed ten other DC films that are coming out in the span of 2020.

A 2014 American television series called "The Flash" which had just started its run has got actor Grant Justin who is known for his roles as Sebastian Smythe in "Glee" as the title character.


"The Flash" TV series aired on 7 October 2014 in U.S on Warner Bros' The CW channel.

"The Flash" follows a scientist named Barry Allen, who awakes from a coma and is gifted with the power of super speed. The Flash is a part of the Justice League team and it is expected that Miller will be making a cameo appearance in the upcoming "Batman v. Superman: Dawn of Justice", Variety reports.

There are currently no writers or director attached for this film that is slated for a 2018 release.

Miller latest film is "Madame Bovary" which will released this year. He also has two other films in production; "Trainwreck" and "The Stanford Prison Experiment", both scheduled for release in 2015.
