3 Dec – It was previously reported that director Ron Howard and "The Da Vinci Code" star Tom Hanks will begin filming for the third instalment in the movie series next April, and now word has it that "Spider-Man" actress Felicity Jones might be joining the duo in the production.

The 31-year-old English actress is currently in talks to star opposite Hanks in "Inferno", for the role of doctor Sienna Brooks, as reported by Deadline.

"Inferno" will be an adaptation of the fourth book in the famous Dan Brown novel series. However, Howard opts to make it the third film following "The Da Vinci Code" and "Angels & Demons", bypassing the third book "The Lost Symbol".

In "Inferno", Langdon suffers from memory loss but is forced to stop an evil genius, who is obsessed with Dante's Inferno, before the latter releases a global plague. Jones will be playing the heroine who helps Langdon escape from a contract killer.
