14 Jul – Coming Soon reported that Stan Lee would be making an appearance in one of the latest Marvel Comics superhero film, "The Avengers: Age Of The Ultron" the sequel to 2012 film, "Marvel's The Avengers". Lee's cameo appearance is not a surprise to many Marvel fans since he has been doing it in almost every Marvel films. But just to be sure, Lee has confirmed his appearance during the London Film and ComicCon event where he attended to support the expanding of Marvel Cinematic Universe. "The movies have been great...We have been so lucky. We've got the best directors, the best special effects people and wonderful actors. People that had not been big stars before like the fellow who plays Thor (Chris Hemsworth) - he's wonderful! I was with him yesterday - I did my cameo of course." Lee shared his thoughts with the audience.
Lee also stated that Warner Bros should consider putting him for a cameo in DC Comics upcoming superhero film, "Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice", "DC could probably make a lot more money with Superman and Batman if they announced that I'd have a cameo in it! People wouldn't believe it - they'd have to go to the theatre to see it!" "The Avengers: Age Of The Ultron" is the eleventh installment in the Marvel Cinematic Universe starring Robert Downey Jr., Chris Evans, Mark Ruffalo, Scarlett Johansson, Jeremy Renner, Samuel L. Jackson, Thomas Kretschmann, Aaron Taylor Johnson, Elizabeth Olsen and James Spader. The film is directed and written by Joss Wheden once again and is set to release 1 May 2015 in North America.
