11 Jan – Recently it was confirmed that Matt Damon and Reese Witherspoon will be leading Alexander Payne's upcoming comedy, "Downsizing". The latest news reports that there will be new cast members joining the duo. Alec Baldwin, Jason Sudeikis, and Neil Patrick Harris are set to join the comedy film, according to Cinema Blend. The trio will presumably be taking up the roles left vacant after the departure of Sacha Baron Cohen, Paul Giamatti, and Meryl Streep.
Payne's last film was "Nebraska", a black and white comedy drama road film released in 2013 and has managed to gross USD17 million worldwide. There is currently no release date slated for "Downsizing" yet. (Photo source: Wikimedia.org, downtownsantacruz.com)
