New controversial movie "The Taliban Shuffle"


Tina Fey is the lead of "The Taliban Shuffle".

13 Feb – Paramount Pictures has confirmed that "The Taliban Shuffle" will be starring Tina Fey accompanied by Margot Robbie from "The Wolf of Wall Street" and Martin Freeman from "The Hobbit."

According to Albuquerque Journal, Fey was spotted filming at the Sante Fe University of Art and Design. The parking lots of the residence area will be closed too for filming purposes.

The film will be based on an autobiography entitled "The Taliban Shuffle: Strange Days in Afghanistan and Pakistan" written by Kim Barker about her experiences while she was in Afghanistan and Pakistan which can only be described as "hilarious and harrowing, witty and illuminating."

Moreover, the "Home and Away" star, Stephen Peacocke will be expected to play a role as well in the upcoming film.

Deadline reported that Peacocke will be playing as Nic, Fey's bodyguard in the movie who is interested in her, while Fey will be playing a character who recounts her reporting on terrorisms and international affairs in Afghanistan, Pakistan and India. Her name is yet to be announced.

Some other casts that have been confirmed to be in the film are Alfred Molina from "The Normal Heart," Nicholas Braun from "Get a Job," Christopher Abbott from "A Most Violent Year," Sheila Vand from "State of Affairs," Evan Jonigkeit from "Bone Tomahawk" and Billy Bob Thornton that plays in "The Judge."
