13 Feb – The Aleksander Bach movie "HITMAN: Agent 47" has just released its trailer and it in several famous locations in Singapore has been noticeably featured. According to TODAY, the action thriller Hollywood film was shot in Singapore back in 2014 and is expected to highlight several recognisable locations in the country. The landmarks that will be featured in the movie includes The Esplanade – Theatres on the Bay, The Supreme Court, The Art Science Museum at Marina Bay Sands, The Singapore Flyer and one of the former Parliament House which is now known as The Arts House. "An epic, action film like "AGENT 47" demands a global scale. To be the first American studio film to present this truly unique locale as a backdrop is an incredible opportunity," the Executive Producer Michael Hendrickson commented. He also praised the Singapore Media Development Authority (MDA) who he said has been really helpful and supportive throughout the production of the film. "Singapore was a success for our film," he added. "HITMAN: Agent 47" stars Rupert Friend, Zachary Quinto, Hannah Ware and Thomas Kretschmann and comes to cinemas this 27 August 2015.
