Harry Potter's house is now up for sale!

You can now live like Harry Potter!

20 Sep – If you are a super huge fan of Harry Potter, you will be happy to know that the house from the movie where the young wizard lived, including the 'cupboard under the stairs', is now for sale!

Located in Picket Post Close, Martins Hero, the home which is better known as the fictional 4 Privet Drive, is up for sale with a USD620,000 price tag.

The three-bedroom house which is most recognised for the cupboard under the stairs was only used for the first film, "Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone" in 2011, where Harry was forced to live with the Dursleys until he is 11 before heading to Hogwarts.

The house was previously sold in May 2010 for USD378,000 but after undergoing some extensive renovation, the price has gone up.

In the film, the house is the home of Harry's evil Aunt Petunia, Uncle Vernon and cousin Dudley.

"When we first launched the property four days ago, we did not mention the Harry Potter connection, but this morning it's been pretty evident that the world is interested in this property and there is an awful lot of hype," said estate agent Paul Bosanko to BBC.
