22 Nov – Two 2020 release dates have been set by Sony Pictures for a couple of its movies from the Marvel universe. The dates are 10 July 2020 and 2 October 2020, according to Deadline. The studio did not reveal the titles of the upcoming movies but this hasn't stop speculations from mushrooming online. The most likely candidates for the two spots are the previously announced "Morbius" and the-yet-to-be-announced-but-is-highly-expected "Venom 2". It was revealed back in June that Jared Leto will playing the titular Living Vampire in "Morbius", though it wasn't revealed then the release date for the movie. Hence the reason why now fans and critics alike are certain that the summer slot is reserved for it. The fall slot is expected to be for the sequel to this year's Tom Hardy-starring "Venom". The actor himself said he has signed for three movies. A two-year gap is just the right amount of time for a sequel to be released.
