24 Sep – It's only been around a week since it was reported that Disney is planning on rescheduling "Black Widow" to a later date, it has now been confirmed that the inevitable delay is indeed happening. The Scarlett Johansson-starrer has been postponed to next year, slated to open in North American cinemas on 7 May 2021, according to Variety. It was originally scheduled to open last 1 May but the pandemic forced it to be delayed to the end of October or early November, depending on territories, before now being pushed all the way to next year. The shift means that other Marvel movies also had to be moved to new dates, including "Eternals" (from 12 February 2021 to 5 November 2021) and "Shang Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings" (from 7 May 2021 to 9 July 2021).
