1 Oct – Being an in-demand Hollywood leading man, Idris Elba has no shortage of films to work on. Reportedly, he has two lined up next. First is the survival thriller "Beast", according to The Hollywood Reporter, which will see the 48-year-old fighting a lion. Baltasar Kormakur, the Icelandic director who helmed the Shailene Woodley and Sam Claflin-starring "Adrift", will direct the movie. The script, based on an original idea by Jaime Primak-Sullivan, is penned by Ryan Engle, whose writing credits include the Dwayne Johnson-starrer "Rampage".
