28 Feb – In celebration of its one-year anniversary since premiering at Cannes, the Oscar-winning "Parasite" is set to be released again, this time in the form of an English-language graphic novel. Titled "Parasite: A Graphic Novel in Storyboards", its 304 pages are made up of director Bong Joon Ho's official storyboards, which are translated from Korean to English.
The Oscar-winning director has also written a foreword and provided early concept drawings and photos from the set, taking the reader even deeper into the vision that gave rise to the stunning cinematic achievement that is "Parasite". The South Korean film made its world premiere on 21 May 2019 at Cannes Film Festival. It has since gone on to become not only the first Korean movie to be nominated at the Oscars, but also the first non-English movie to win Best Film at the prestigious awards ceremony.
