25 Feb - It looks like James Wan has finally found the right person to direct the English-language remake of the hit South Korean zombie movie, "Train to Busan"
The project will also have Wan's frequent collaborator Gary Dauberman ("The Nun") writing the script. The original film, which stars Korean heartthrob Gong Yoo and directed by Sang Ho-yeon, revolves around how passengers of a train from Seoul heading to Busan struggle to survive a zombie outbreak. Its success at the box office also spawned an animated prequel, "Seoul Station", along with last year's standalone sequel, "Peninsula". On the other hand, the Sarawak-born Wan is currently focusing on several film projects including his upcoming new release, "Malignant", "The Conjuring: The Devil Made Me Do It", and the remake of "Mortal Kombat".
