Marko Zaror to play villain in "John Wick 4"

14 Jul – Following the addition of Donnie Yen and Laurence Fishburne, it was reported that Chilean stuntman and actor Marko Zaror is also currently in talks to join the fourth instalment of the hit franchise, "John Wick".

The actor, most known for his role in the third season of "From Dusk Till Dawn: The Series" and playing Ajakutty in "Alita: Battle Angel", reportedly will play one of Wick's new main adversaries this time.


It is noted that aside from his acting work, Zaror is also a trained martial artist, whose main sports include taekwondo and kickboxing, aside from having black belts in judo and aikido, and a green belt in shotokan.

The movie has already started filming late last month, with shoots to be done in Berlin and Paris, as well as New York City and Japan.

Chad Stahelski also returns to direct the fourth movie, with script by Shay Hatten ("Army of the Dead") and Michael Finch ("American Assassin").

The movie is scheduled for 27 May 2022 release.


Marko Zaror previously starred in movies such as "Savage Dogs" and "Alita: Battle Angel"
