10 Nov – It looks like Star Wars fans will have to wait a little bit longer for the upcoming feature film, "Rogue Squadron", as it was revealed that the film will be delaying its production. According to The Hollywood Reporter, the movie, which was originally scheduled to start production in 2022, will not be able to push through with the goal, seeing that its director, Patty Jenkins is having scheduling issues.
Reportedly, "Rogue Squadron" will only begin filming after Jenkins fulfills her prior commitments. It is noted that the said movie has already been pulled from production schedule, with no news as to when it will be released. "Rogue Squadron" would have been the first Star Wars feature film following 2019's "Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker". It was originally scheduled to be released in December 2023. There have also been other Star Wars movies currently in the works, including one from Taika Waititi.
