20 Dec - The upcoming US remake of hit Korean horror film, "Train to Busan" has now received a release date and its own title.

Warner Bros. recently announced that the upcoming film, which is directed by Indonesian director Timo Tjahjanto and produced by James Wan, is now called, "The Last Train to New York", and will be released on 21 April 2023.

No further information has been released about the upcoming film, including its cast members and the detailed plot for the time being.

The original 2016 film was directed by Yeon Sang-ho, who also helmed its prequel, "Seoulyeok", as well as the sequel, "Peninsula" - though the latter was not as successful as the first two.

The story revolves around a divorced father and his estranged young daughter, as they take a train to Busan heading towards the girl's mother, only to find themselves in the middle of a zombie outbreak.

Timo Tjahjanto is most known for his hit horror film, "May the Devil Take You" and the horror anthology, "V/H/S/2".
