4 Aug – Brad Pitt has laughed off reports that he is retiring from acting, which he said stemmed from a misunderstanding caused by his phrasing.
The actor, who sat down to promote his new movie, "Bullet Train" recently, stated that he really has to work on how he words things.
"I was just saying, you know, I'm, like, past middle age [and] I want to be specific how I spend those last bits, whenever they may be," he explained, and later gave a resounding "No" when asked directly about it.

"This last semester or trimester. What is this section going to be? And how do I want to design that?" he expressed.
Aside from "Bullet Train", Pitt is also set to star in the Damien Chazelle movie, "Babylon", portraying director John Gilbert. He is also producing several movies, including the Netflix upcoming film, "Blonde".
