20 Apr – Jason Momoa seems to be THE Warner Bros. star at the moment, as it was revealed that the actor is set to star in the "Minecraft" movie. This will be the third big project that the "Game of Thrones" alumnus is working on the studio's big title., having played its DC superhero Aquaman and being a part of another one of its blockbuster franchise, "Dune". The video game adaptation will be helmed by Jared Hess of "Napoleon Dynamite" fame, with Mary Parent and Roy Lee of "Dune" fame to produce the project. Not much is being released regarding the storyline or the rest of the cast, but it is noted that the "Minecraft" project has been in the works since 2014 - with many directors being hired and departed since then. On the other hand, Momoa will be seen on the big screen next via "Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom", to be released in March 2023. He is also currently prepping for the tenth instalment of the "Fast & Furious" franchise.
