26 Oct – Tim Burton recently stated that he has no plans to work with Disney again after the latest collaboration with the studio. Burton, who started his career as a Disney animator, shared his thoughts while in France for the Lumiere Festival, calling it all a "horrible, big circus". "My history is that I started out there. I was hired and fired like several times throughout my career there," said Burton. "The thing about Dumbo, is that's why I think my days with Disney are done, I realised that I was Dumbo, that I was working in this horrible big circus and I needed to escape."
