28 Nov – It looks like Disney is banking in on their most successful animated title, "Frozen", revealing that there could be a fourth movie while the third one is in the works.

This was shared by Jennifer Lee, the Chief Creative Officer of Disney Animation, who said that the third instalment of the hit 2013 movie will be so epic that they might need another one to fit everything.


"Only what we have already shared, which is the team is hard at work, we are deeply excited about the story we are shaping together, and it's so epic it may not fit into just one film," she said.

It is noted that CEO Bob Iger has previously spoken about the possibility of a fourth "Frozen" movie, though added that there is not much for him to reveal at the time.

"Jenn Lee, who created Frozen, the original Frozen and Frozen 2, is hard at work with her team at Disney Animation on not one but actually two stories," he said.

The 2013 movie became a surprised hit when it was released, amassing USD 1.282 billion at the box office. Its sequel did even better, grossing USD 1.453 billion at the box office when it was released in 2019.

"Frozen 2" smashed it at the box office in 2019
