3 Jul – Russell Crowe recently revealed that he will be starring in another project this year, where he will play an infamous Nazi military leader. The actor shared as much at the Karlovy Vary International Film Festival, saying that he will be shooting a Jamie Vanderbilt movie called "Nuremberg", adding, "And I play Hermann Göring." The revelation surprised many, as the character is considered controversial. Meanwhile, Crowe's upcoming movies include "Kraven the Hunter", "Land of Bad", "Sleeping Dogs" and "The Georgetown Project". As for the new "Gladiator" movie, Crowe, whose character Maximus died in the original 2000 movie, joked, "They should be f***** paying me for the amount of questions I get asked about the f****** film that I am not even in. In that world, I'm dead, six feet under. And that's that."
