24 Nov – Tim Allen recently revealed that Disney is very much interested to move ahead with the fifth instalment of "Toy Story".

Sharing the news on The Tonight Show recently, the comedy man stated that Disney CEO Bob Iger has reached out to both him and Tom Hanks for the proposed project.

"He actually said it was going to happen. They have reached out to Tom and I to reprise the roles. They're not saying anything about it," he said.

However, Allen admitted that he has his reservations about the project, saying that five instalments of the same title might be a little too much.

"According to the scuttlebutts, the writer that's doing it wrote one of the better ones and he said, 'If I didn't get this right, I wouldn't do it.' So, it could be a very, very interesting way to reunite it," he added.

Tim Allen and Tom Hanks have worked together in the "Toy Story" franchise since the first movie that was released in 1995. However, "Toy Story 4" was mostly panned by fans of the franchise for ruining the perfect conclusion that came with the third movie.
