21 Jun – Following Scarlett Johansson's previous interview, in which she expressed interest in working with Tom Cruise, the latter has now responded with open arms. Cruise, who was asked about Johansson's statement during the premiere of his new movie, "Mission: Impossible - Dead Reckoning, Part One" in Rome, stated that he would absolutely work with the actress, whom he called "a great actress and a movie star". "Look, I've watched her career her whole life. She's enormously talented, very charismatic. It'd be fun. She could do everything. She could do comedy, drama, action, suspense. She's someone that really draws you in on the screen, on camera. So absolutely, it's gonna happen," he enthused.
In a previous interview at the premiere of "Asteroid City", Johansson was asked the one actor she would love to work with, and said, "I'd love to work with Tom Cruise." "Mission: Impossible - Dead Reckoning, Part One" will be released in theaters 12 July.
