6 Sep - "Masters of the Universe" live-action movie has added another cast in "Community" actress Alison Brie.

Brie, who was most recently seen in "Somebody I Used to Know", will be playing the role of the key villain, Evil-Lyn; Skeletor's second-in-command who uses a wand for her dark arts.

"Consider it nabbed," the actress posted on social media about her casting.

Brie is joining Nicholas Galitzine, who will play the titular He-Man, as well as Camila Mendes, who will play Teela. Travis Knight is set to helm the project from a screenplay by Chris Butler.

The movie is scheduled for 5 June 2026 release.
