12 Sep - A year after Joe Jonas filed for divorce from wife and actress Sophie Turner, the former couple are now finally and officially divorced.

The declaration was made by Judge Gina Beovides of the Miami-Dade County, where the divorce was filed, after the two parties agreed to split their assets and resolve their spousal support and custody of their two daughters, Willa, 4 and Delphine, 2.

Judge Beovides declared the marriage "irretrievably broken", and that the couple "entered into a voluntary, confidential parenting plan and separation agreement that was in the best interest of the family."

The two parties originally gave a sense of a mutual separation last year, before the issue turned ugly and led to a contentious legal battle.

However, insiders revealed that both Turner and Jonas have now turned things around and decided to co-parent their kids peacefully. However, their custody settlement will not be disclosed to the public.

The 35-year-old singer and the 28-year-old "Game of Thrones" star tied the knot in 2019, three years after they started dating.
