16 Dec - It looks like the old Captain America is not going anywhere without his lady, as it was reported that Hayley Atwell is also in talks to be a part of the upcoming "Avengers: Doomsday".

The actress, who plays Agent Peggy Carter in the original MCU, reportedly will be joining Chris Evans, who will also be likely to reprise Steve Rogers/Captain America in one way or another in the upcoming Russo Brothers' project.

Atwell was last seen as the original Peggy Carter in "Avengers: Endgame", when Steve Rogers decided to return to the past to be reunited with her.

Meanwhile, the actress has also made an appearance in the MCU though 2022's "Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness" as an alternate Captain America from Earth-838 called Captain Carter.

Marvel is keeping mum about the casting news.
