24 Oct - Despite the heightened threats from gangster Lawrence Bishnoi against him, it was revealed that Salman Khan is now returning to work, filming his new movie, "Sikandar".

The actor, who found himself facing Bishnoi's warning following the assassination of politician Baba Siddique on 12 October, has resumed shooting and is now going straight to the new movie after completing the reality show, "Big Boss 18".

"Salman Khan is fully committed to his work. His entire team is being careful about the security arrangements and Salman himself has been making sure that no one suffers a delay because of him," said a source. "He is likely to be shooting continuously till Diwali, which is next week."

The source also stressed that Salman has not postponed any of his work commitments and will follow the schedule as arranged by the team.

It is noted that "Sikandar" will mark Salman's return following the release of "Tiger 3" on Diwali last year. The film, directed by AR Murugadoss, will be released on Eid next year.

The security surrounding Salman was heightened following the assassination of Bandra politician Baba Siddique, who was fatally shot by a man that has been linked to Lawrence Bishnoi's brother Anmol.
