25 Apr - Rumour has it that Shah Rukh Khan may play a "Don" again, though not in the Farhan Akhtar franchise of the same name.

According to Pinkvilla, the actor will play the role of a grey Don character in an upcoming action thriller called "King", which will reportedly have him working together with daughter Suhana Khan.

"Shah Rukh Khan is making films for the audience and is well aware about their urge to see him in shades of grey. King is his passion project and he has been meticulously working on all aspects of the project with Siddharth Anand and Sujoy Ghosh," said sources close to the project.

"They have collectively carved a very cool full of attitude and swag character with shades of grey for SRK in King," they added.

Sources also said that SRK will also be sporting long hair and faint beard in the said movie, and that his full look will be unveiled by the filmmakers when it begins production in September.

If it goes to fruition, this will not be the first time the Bollywood star played a grey character. He previously went the antagonistic route with "Baazigar" (1993), "Anjaam" (1994), and Raees" (2017), aside from his most famous grey character, "Don".
