5 Dec - Malayalam director Tharun Moorthy recently revealed that Bollywood has come calling for a remake of his movie, "Thudarum" following its success at the box office.

Speaking in an interview with News Today Malayalam, Tharun said that both Aamir Khan and Ajay Devgan's teams have already contacted him about a Hindi adaptation.

"Aamir Khan's and Ajay Devgn's companies had contacted us. They wanted to understand how we managed to make a film like this on such a small budget. Remake possibilities are being discussed," he said.

He also added that he was offered to direct the Hindi remake but had to decline.

"I have back-to-back commitments," he said.

Starring Mohanlal in the lead, the movie, which was released back in April, revolves around a taxi driver, who finds himself embroiled in a dangerous conspiracy after his car is confiscated by a corrupt police officer.
