17 Jan - In one of the latest developments of the Justin Baldoni vs Blake Lively situation, the filmmaker's legal team has sent a litigation letter to Marvel Studios president Kevin Feige and Disney CEO Bob Iger, demanding they hold onto documents relating to the character of Nicepool that they claimed to show an attempt of bullying from Lively's husband, Ryan Reynolds.

In the letter dated 7 January, the legal team stated that they want "any and all documents relating to the development of the Nicepool character" and "communications relating to the development, writing and filming of storylines and scenes featuring Nicepool."

At the same time, they are also looking for documents "relating to or reflecting a deliberate attempt to mock, harass, ridicule, intimidate or bully Baldoni through the character of Nicepool," among other things.

Baldoni's team previously accused Reynolds of bullying him by mocking the filmmaker in "Deadpool & Wolverine" through the obnoxious character of Nicepool, a manbun-wearing version of Deadpool who calls himself a feminist and was killed in front of a flower shop, which many said to be referring to Lively's character Lily Bloom who owns a flower shop in the movie, "It Ends with Us".

Lively sued Baldoni earlier for alleged sexual harassment, and via The New York Times, accused him of plotting a smear campaign against her.

In response, the filmmaker's lawyer Bryan Freedman denied this, and announced that they are suing the news outlet for cowering to the wants and whims of two powerful Hollywood elites.
