"The Devil Wears Prada 2" cast seen filming in New York City

8 Aug - "The Devil Wears Prada 2" is feeding fans with new photos, as the cast members were recently seen filming the movie in New York City.

In one of the photos, Anne Hathaway, who returns as Andy Sachs, was seen twirling around a pole in a shiny blue dress, before she is joined by a new male character, played by Australian actor, Patrick Brammall.

In another photo, Hathaway's Andy is also seen walking down the streets of Brooklyn alongside actress Tracie Thoms, who returns as Andy's supportive best friend Lily.

Meryl Streep is also seen for the first time filming the movie at the Museum of Natural History on 1 August, in a scene that seems to resemble a Met Gala-like event, with her character Miranda Priestley dressed in a red gown alongside Stanley Tucci's Nigel Kipling.

Another star returning to set is Emily Blunt, who reprises her role (and her fiery red hair that won her husband John Krasinski's heart) as Priestley's assistant, Emily Charlton.

The upcoming film has also announced additional cast, which includes Simone Ashley, Pauline Chalamet, Helen J. Shen, as well as Kenneth Branagh, who is set to play Miranda's husband.
