23 Jun - Jon Bernthal is set to join Tom Holland in the upcoming fourth "Spider-Man" movie, "Brand New Day".

The actor is set to reprise his Marvel role, Frank Castle/The Punisher, which he first played in Netflix's 2016 series, "Daredevil". It is noted that Bernthal also had his own spin-off series, "The Punisher" in 2017 that ran for two seasons.

The character later returned in early 2025's Disney+ series, "Daredevil: Born Again", and again next year for a Disney+ special.

"Spider-Man: Brand New Day" is scheduled to be released in theatres on 31 July 2026.
