22 Apr - "A Minecraft Movie" is getting close to reaching its USD 1 billion goal after earning more at the box office in its third weekend. The film, which stars Jason Momoa and Jack Black, has added another USD 59 million overseas, which made its global total to be USD 720.8 million. It is already the biggest Hollywood film this year, losing only to China's "Ne Zha 2". Meanwhile, "Sinners", helmed by Black Panther's Ryan Coogler, is in second place with USD 45.6 million globally.
