13 Nov - Netflix has officially entered the theme park industry with the opening of Netflix House on Wednesday at King of Prussia Mall in Pennsylvania, USA. The 100,000-square-foot entertainment venue marks the streaming platform's first permanent location, positioning itself as a competitor to entertainment giants Disney and Universal Studios.

After years of successful pop-up experiences, Netflix is making a major investment into physical entertainment spaces. The venue offers free admission, though individual experiences are ticketed between US$15-US$39 each.

Expansion Plans

The success of these first locations could pave the way for Netflix House destinations in entertainment hubs like Malaysia, Singapore, Tokyo, Seoul, or Bangkok - bringing the magic of streaming to life for millions of Asian fans.
