2 Jul - Vin Diesel recently revealed that Dominic Torretto and Brian O'Conner (played by the late Paul Walker) will indeed be reuniting in the final "Fast and Furious" film.

The actor, who shared updates on the 11th film at Paul Walker's brother Cody Walker automotive festival, shared with the crowd that he had spoken to Universal Studios earlier, and that the studio wanted the movie to be released in April 2027.

"I said 'under three conditions' because I've been listening to my fan base. The first is to bring the franchise back to LA. The second thing was to return to the car culture, to the street racing."

He then amped up the crowd by telling them, "The third thing was reuniting Dom and Brian O'Conner. That is what you're going to get in the finale."

Paul Walker passed away on 30 November 2013 in a car accident in Valencia, California. The actor was reprising his role as Brian for "Fast & Furious 7" at the time of the tragedy.

In order to complete the movie, where Dom and Brian spoke for the last time before driving away in separate directions, the production used CGI, VFX artists, his two brothers, Cody and Caleb Walker, and created 350 shots.
