Warwick Davis returns to Hogwarts as Professor Flitwick

3 Sep - While the cast of the new "Harry Potter" series consist of new faces, it was recently revealed that Warwick Davis will be reprising his role from the previous Harry Potter films.

The actor, who played Hogwarts Professor Filius Flitwick in the films, will be donning his round-framed glasses (and probably his bushy moustache) for the HBO series, which will debut in 2027.

As it is, Davis is the only original actor so far to have been cast in the series.

It is noted that Davis had also played the character Griphook in the film franchise, a goblin who works at Gringotts Wizarding Bank in Diagon Alley, though the character will now be portrayed by Leigh Gill, who played Gary Puddles in "Joker".
